Pets are allowed conditionally, based on owner approval regarding breed, age, size and quantity. There is a $250 pet fee/pet that may be negotiated for multiple pets on a case by case basis.
The following dog breeds are not approved for any of our rental properties: Rottweilers, Dobermans, any dog know as "pit bull" (also known as American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, American Pit-bull Terrier, etc.)
