Cody Kleinwolterink was born and grew up in the Midwest town of Rock Valley, Iowa. His early childhood centered around bird hunting, working in an auto body collision workshop and hanging out with his two brothers.
After community college, Cody enlisted with the United States Air Force in 2004 and served at Edwards Air Force Base as a certified paraoptometric technician in the medical squadron. In 2007, he was recruited by a local ophthalmology practice in New Bern, NC, which initiated his move to the East Coast.
During the next five years, Cody transitioned into a Reservist with the USAF and continued in the eye care field, building relationships that would later support his move into real estate. Cody purchased his first house from Peter Rose in 2009, then co-owner of Neuse Realty, and was invited to join the firm in 2012. Within his first full year as a real estate agent, Cody exceeded one million dollars in sales.
Everybody that meets Cody agrees he has an undeniably likeable personality and natural ability to work well with others in both a personal and professional capacity. He is relentless in his efforts to satisfy his clients. Using his knowledge of the real estate market, purchase process and sound communication and negotiation skills, Cody has helped numerous buyers and sellers walk away pleased when the deal was closed.
Cody’s real estate experience ranges from starter homes, income properties, retirement and waterfront living. He encourages clients to consider all options and perspectives, assuring the right decision is always made.
During his down time, Cody enjoys time on the water (fishing and boating) and being with his family. He and his wife, Shannon, and three children live right here in Fairfield Harbour. His values include respect for hard work and the simple things in life.
