Fairfield Harbour Honors U.S. Military and Victims Of The World Trade Center Attacks

Fairfield Harbour hosted a memorial ceremony in remembrance of the victims of the 2001 World Trade Center Attacks at the community monument on Friday, September 11th. The ceremony was open to the public and honored first responders with remarks by a number of elected officials and others, in addition to a color guard from Cherry Point air station, East Carolina Firefighters, bagpiper Dennis Thompson and a dedication including the laying of a wreath at the monument. All attendees received their own miniature American Flag for the service.
