Farfield Harbour Neighborhood Watch Meets About Identify Theft

Fairfield Harbour’s Neighborhood Watch Discusses ‘What to look for’

The focus of the Fairfield Harbour Neighborhood Watch’s October meeting was on how to prevent Identity Theft and what you can do if it happens to you. Lt. Dan Garden of the Craven County Sheriff’s Department and Harbour resident Roy Balkus, a retired bank CIO and Security Information Officer, presented information to the group of over 85 attendants; the largest turn out for a day time event ever. Following the presentations, Lt. Dan and Mr. Balkus remained to answer additional questions posed by the residents.
