Kathleen Ottinger

Kathleen may be new to Fairfield Harbour, but she certainly is not new to real estate. She comes to Neuse Realty with the experience of 20 years as a Realtor in California where she met her husband, Marty, and where her 2 daughters and families still reside.

Originally Kathleen was born and raised on Lake Erie, so living near the water again is a dream come true. She feels working here as well is truly a blessing.
While living in California she was involved in GFWC, General Federation of Woman’s Club, serving as president, co-president, secretary, and fund raising chairman for Hughes Elizabeth Lakes Woman’s Club. She also supported and served as secretary for the Leona Valley, Ca. chapter of SERTOMA (service to mankind). For eight years she was the organist for the local Presbyterian Church and helped with Vacation Bible School and youth group.
She now resides here in New Bern, Fairfield Harbour, and is ready and able to meet all of your real estate needs. Thank you for your business!
