From 2021 – 2023  Margie serves as State Political Coordinator for the Neuse River Region Association of REALTORS® serving with Steve Tyson, NC House of Representative.  Returning to  Neuse River Region of Associations of REALTORS®  BOD  as Secretary for 2022.

Margie was voted REALTOR OF THE YEAR for 2019 and  served as the first President of Board for the Neuse River Region Association of REALTORS® for two years straight  2019 and 2018, and has served on the Neuse River Region Associated of Realtors® (NRRAR) Education Committee for 4 years and as a Director for the BOD for 4 years. Serving on the Legislative Committee since 2020.

She is also serving on the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of New Bern 2019-2023

Margie has developed and coordinated the relocation department as the Certified Relocation Coordinator and is the Broker in Charge of Neuse Realty Referral Company. Attending many national conventions with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World over the past 30 years helps her to make your experience with Neuse Realty seamless. She list and sells real estate from a personal bank of buyers and sellers. Margie says, “Service is our hallmark. I look forward to hearing from you.”

Margie has administered Neuse Realty for the past 30 years and in 2006 became one of the owners. As an owner of Neuse Realty she takes care of many aspects of the company (wearing many hats). Call Margie with any questions.

On a more personal note, Margie was born & raised in New Bern. She has two daughters, Brooke and Stacey. Her oldest, Brooke, is married to Jonathan Ipock, and they are raising their children, Jensen & Emersyn, in a small community of Caton, NC, along with her youngest, Stacey where she is raising her  daughter, Kenley.  Caton is only 20 miles from New Bern.   Margie is very close with all of her family and feels blessed and thankful to have such a special bond with them. She and husband, Randall Dunn, attend Temple Baptist Church and they love being a part of such an exciting, growing ministry. Margie is on the  Welcoming and Stewardship Committee for Temple Church.   Margie & Randall enjoy spending their free time outdoors on the beach, boating on their Mainship 30′ Sedan Pilot or diving in the Keys or the warm waters of the Caribbean.
