Chelsea and Robert Conley are pictured here, with Chelsea’s mother Lynn Winston peaking through the center, at the closing of the first home purchased by the Conleys. Chelsea and Rob were married last year, and purchased 117 Joshua Run in Creekside Estates in New Bern. Chelsea grew up in Fairfield Harbour, and is now in Nursing School; Rob served in the Marine Corps, and is still currently employed at MCAS in Cherry Point. Neuse Realty was delighted to assist them in this purchase, and to offer the Military on the Move® rebate, in this case…$1019.00. This picture was taken at the office of Steven Bell, closing attorney. Margaret Rose, President of Neuse Realty, was the agent for the Conleys.
The MOM® program was created by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® to provide active duty, retired military and wounded warriors with special real estate service benefits, including a cash credit at closing, in states (e.g., North Carolina) where permitted by law. The Neuse Realty ownership team expanded eligibility in the firm’s service area to include ALL honorably discharged veterans.
