Neuse Realty Annouces Specialized Real Estate Program for U.S. Military Personnel

New Bern, NC. April 28, 2014—At Fairfield Harbour’s Cooperative Business Council Spring Showcase Tradeshow, Neuse Realty announced its expanded service offerings to military personnel through participation in Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®’s U.S. Military on the Move® (MOM®) program.

The MOM® program was created to provide active duty, retired military and wounded warriors with special real estate service benefits, including a cash credit at closing, in states (e.g., North Carolina) where permitted by law. The Neuse Realty ownership team expanded eligibility in the firm’s service area to include ALL honorably discharged veterans.

“Many of the buyers we work with are attracted to Eastern NC because of the presence of the bases here, or these military service personnel are simply returning home.  Similarly, there are also many sellers who have served their country, and there is no better way to say ‘thank you for your service’ than a program like Military on the Move®,” notes Margaret Rose, President of Neuse Realty. “We are happy to be able to provide this financial assistance to our military personnel.”

Neuse Realty is the local representative of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, the largest network of 500+ premier locally-branded firms producing $235 billion in annual home sales in the US.  Neuse Realty was selected for membership in Leading RE in 1988, which recruits only the best among locally—and regionally—branded firms. As a member of this global network, Neuse Realty can assist home buyers and sellers worldwide.

A beautiful Neuse Realty gift basket, presented by company  representative Cody Kleinwolterink to Sharon Stroupe, Easter Carolina Coastal Concierge, was designed by a co-owner of the firm, Joy Harsen.  The basket was themed around Mother’s Day and the M.O.M. program. Donations to this basket were provided by Amazing Nails & Facials, Eastern Dermatology, White’s Opticians, Tips to Toes Salon, and New Bern Family Eye Care.
